You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use gbajii. We enforce age verification during KYC. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed and remaining balances returned.
Each player may hold only one gbajii account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
All financial transactions on gbajii must use payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. Minimum deposit is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
All bonuses on gbajii are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of offer. gbajii reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse or misuse of promotional offers is detected.

Fraud, collusion, match-fixing, use of automated bots, money laundering, and any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited on gbajii and will result in immediate account termination.

By registering an Account on gbajii or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all services offered on the gbajii Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual casino games, and any future products introduced by gbajii.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not access the Platform on their behalf.

To create a gbajii Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
gbajii reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee approval to use all features of the Platform — certain features require successful completion of KYC verification.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on gbajii. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is a serious breach of these Terms. gbajii employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, gbajii may close all associated accounts, void all outstanding bets and bonus balances, and withhold any winnings generated during the period of policy breach.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gbajii Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gbajii will never ask you to provide your password by email, telephone, or live chat.
You agree to notify gbajii immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. gbajii accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
gbajii may at any time request that you complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Requested documents may include a National ID card, passport, driving licence, recent utility bill, or bank statement dated within the last three months.
gbajii reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
The gbajii Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and displayed odds values are denominated in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated within a specific product or promotion.
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. gbajii may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts as notified to the registered email address. Where the Account balance is zero, gbajii may close an inactive account after reasonable notice is given. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support.
gbajii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change at any time at gbajii's discretion. All payment methods used must be registered in the Player's own legal name — third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit on gbajii is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by gbajii, however individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your gbajii Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. gbajii is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the same Account. Before a withdrawal is approved, gbajii may require completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by payment method but gbajii aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days.
gbajii reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may include requesting additional documentation regarding the source of funds.
gbajii reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation. In such cases, gbajii will communicate with the affected Player via their registered email address.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by gbajii are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds credited to a gbajii Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion description. gbajii reserves the right to modify Wagering Requirements for future promotions at any time with reasonable notice.
gbajii takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting software errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and any coordinated strategy among multiple players to exploit promotional offers. If gbajii determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, it may void all bonus balances and associated winnings, close the Account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.
gbajii reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may not apply to players who have been identified as professional bettors or those operating primarily with arbitrage strategies.
All games available on the gbajii Platform are provided by certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider operates Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently tested and certified for fairness. gbajii does not alter, modify, or interfere with game outcomes.
All bets placed on the gbajii sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. gbajii reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined, bets placed on suspended markets, and bets placed as a result of a technical error resulting in manifestly incorrect odds.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during the course of a game session or sporting event, gbajii will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation equitably. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Account. gbajii's decision on the resolution of technical disputes is final and binding.
gbajii reserves the right to apply maximum single-transaction payout limits across its products. These limits will be communicated within individual game or product descriptions. Winnings in excess of applicable maximum payout limits may be reduced to the applicable maximum at gbajii's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gbajii Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any gbajii intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the gbajii Platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of gbajii. Unauthorised use of gbajii intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbajii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures, even if gbajii has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gbajii's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gbajii does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. gbajii will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
gbajii collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
gbajii implements industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and gbajii cannot guarantee the absolute security of data in transit or at rest. You are encouraged to use a strong, unique password and to keep your account credentials confidential.
gbajii may be required to disclose player information to relevant authorities in response to lawful requests, court orders, or to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. In such cases, gbajii will disclose only the information strictly required to satisfy the legal obligation.
gbajii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gbajii will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the gbajii Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect. Closing your Account in response to a material amendment will not incur any penalty, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may request closure of your gbajii Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a closure request, gbajii will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balances to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure unless wagering requirements have been met.
gbajii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a material breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; false information provided during registration or verification; repeated violation of the Responsible Gaming Policy; or any other circumstance where gbajii determines, in its sole discretion, that maintaining the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or third parties.
In cases where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraudulent activity, gbajii reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and to report the matter to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the gbajii Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gbajii operates as an online gaming platform and takes all reasonable steps to comply with applicable legal requirements in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
In the event of a dispute between you and gbajii, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. gbajii aims to resolve all Player complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected], including a clear description of the issue and any supporting documentation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. This clause does not limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
